2.3 Limitations: We do not accept hazardous materials or certain prohibited items. Please review our Prohibited Items list (see Section 6) before placing any materials in our dumpsters.

3. User Eligibility

3.1 To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
3.2 If you are using our Services on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that the business you represent is duly authorized to conduct business and to use our Services.

4. Ordering and Reservation

4.1 Placing an Order: You may place an order for a dumpster rental online via our Website or by contacting us directly. Once we confirm availability and accept your order, a binding agreement is formed.
4.2 Scheduling: You are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the desired delivery date, location, and rental duration. We do our best to accommodate scheduling requests but do not guarantee specific dates/times.
4.3 Rental Duration: The rental duration is typically outlined in your order confirmation or invoice. Any extensions are subject to availability and additional fees.

5. Fees, Payment, and Refunds

5.1 Rental Fees: Rental fees vary based on the dumpster size, location, and rental duration. All fees will be disclosed at the time of booking.
5.2 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our Website. Payment is typically due before or at the time of delivery.
5.3 Additional Charges: If the dumpster’s contents exceed weight limits, contain prohibited items, or require extended rental periods, additional fees may be charged.

6. Use of the Dumpster and Prohibited Items

6.2 Prohibited Items: Hazardous or toxic materials, flammable liquids, batteries, paints, chemicals, medical or biological waste, asbestos, oils, and other regulated materials are strictly prohibited. If you have questions regarding specific items, please contact us.
6.3 Overfilling and Weight Limits: Do not overfill the dumpster or exceed weight limits. Overfilled or overweight dumpsters may incur additional fees or may not be transported due to safety and legal constraints.

7. Delivery, Placement, and Pickup

7.1 Delivery: You are responsible for providing clear and accessible placement instructions. We are not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or surfaces if our driver must traverse them to deliver or pick up the dumpster.
7.2 Access: Ensure that the dumpster placement area is accessible at the agreed-upon delivery and pickup times. Failure to provide access may result in additional fees.
7.3 Pickup: We will make reasonable efforts to pick up the dumpster at the scheduled time. However, we do not guarantee exact pickup times and are not liable for delays beyond our control (including weather, traffic, or mechanical issues).
